I have been a travel adviser for over 30 years, starting when I was just 17 years old. I have experienced working for the big multiples, but am delighted to have recently joined the team at Courtney World Travel. As a small independent agency we are able to offer our customers more choice and our friendly team are available to offer a knowledgeable and professional service. What makes my job so enjoyable is knowing you are helping your customers fulfil their dreams, whether it’s a short city break to Paris, an annual family holiday to spain, a Caribbean cruise or maybe a trip to Australia to visit family, every day is different. Many of my customers have become my friends. I love to share my travel knowledge with customers and colleagues and in return enjoy learning from them about their travel experiences. The travel industry is forever changing and I am privileged to be a part of it. It is more exciting than ever as people are looking for that ultimate experience and holiday of a lifetime.
