Career:

I have worked in Customer Service for over 30 years and I have been the Office Administrator at Courtney World Travel for 16 years.  My role is everything post sales from checking invoices/tickets to paying the Tour Operators.  I am very lucky to have met some lovely people over the years and I enjoy helping them with their holidays from adding requests to checking them in online with the airlines. The Travel industry has changed so much since I have joined Courtney World but I feel we still try to offer the best customer experience possible.

Favourite Destination for experience:

Antigua is my favourite destination that I have visited so far. With a laid-back feel, the island is absolutely stunning with gorgeous white sandy beaches and a calm blue sea.   The island is full of history and Nelsons Dockyard gives you extensive details of the Islands colonial roots. If you’re in a party mood, then a visit to Beverley Heights at dusk is a must. It has the most gorgeous views of the island as the sun sunsets. A local steel band serenades guests as you watch the sun set and bbq food is available to purchase.  This was such a lovely excursion. I would love to go back to Antigua again.

Best Travel Tip: Top Travel Tip:  Ensure you take enough local foreign currency with you for excursions etc when visiting a Caribbean Island, as there are not many cash machines on the smaller islands. I know this from experience of going to Antigua.
